This washable rug design is inspired by the typical Ikat pattern found in the Gelim rugs of the Nomadic tribes, although with a more contemporary interpretation. Wool rugs may shed fibers when new or during use. This is a natural characteristic of the wool fiber. Lay the rug flat for 2-3 days after unpacking. Afterward, gently brush or vacuum to restore the pile.
