Are all Lorena Canals rugs machine washable?
Yes, most of our rugs are designed to be machine washed at home. However, the required washing machine capacity depends on the size and weight of the rug. We recommend checking the specific product page and the care label for the minimum load capacity required.
What materials are used in your products?
We prioritize natural materials. Our rugs are handcrafted primarily from 100% natural cotton or wool, using non-toxic dyes to ensure they are safe for children and the environment.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while international delivery can take 7-10 business days depending on the destination.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original condition and packaging. Please note that custom orders or items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns.
Why does my new rug have some lint or shedding?
Shedding is a natural characteristic of high-quality cotton and wool fibers, especially in handcrafted rugs. This will decrease over time with regular vacuuming and washing.
Are your products ethically made?
Absolutely. All our products are handmade in India following fair trade practices. We also support the Sakula Project, which provides education for children in northern India.
